An important event to make the public aware of the club, to inform them about what the club can do for its members and explain about our various activities. inclusive of training, 4wd experiences, short and long trips away and positive environmental efforts. This is one of the main events for the recruitment of new members.  One day is allocated for setup of the stand and then Friday to Sunday are the actual event days. Pack up occurs towards the end of the day and usually takes no longer than 1 hour.

We encourage volunteers to arrive before or stay after the shift to see the show. Tickets will be provided and paid parking against a receipt will be paid by the club.
