Details:
There are 200 km of tracks on the property with varying degrees of difficulty from easy to difficult in rough hilly country with some steep ascents & descents and great views of the surrounding area. Camp will be at one of the remote bush sites, suitable for vans, trailers & tents. Camp sites have toilets and please bring your own firewood. You wil need to be self sufficient for food & water. Fees are $100 for the weekend plus $36/night per person, ($108.00 pp for 3 nights). The convoy is limited to 20 vehicles. Please bring evidence of Basic 4WD experience especially ascent & descent training. Trip Leaders are James & Lin Edwards. Rated recovery points & equipment are required. Charlie, the owner, will give a talk on the history of the property and Merino sheep farming in the area. There is also an expected camp oven dessert 'cook off'.
